2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of BioAg€sis — including the AI Advisory Engine, any content on the platform, or advisory sessions with independent practitioners — does NOT create a doctor-patient relationship between you and BioAg€sis Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Independent advisory practitioners on the platform are individual professionals responsible for their own advisory opinions. BioAg€sis is an intermediary marketplace under IT Act 2000 Section 79.

References to medical research institutions (including but not limited to: WHO, Harvard Medical School, ICMR, Mayo Clinic, AIIMS, Lancet) in AI-generated reports are for educational context only. They do not constitute endorsement by those institutions of BioAg€sis or its advisory content.

4. When to Seek Immediate Emergency Care

Do NOT use BioAg€sis as a substitute for emergency medical care. Seek IMMEDIATE professional emergency care for:

By using BioAg€sis Medical Advisory features, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
